Flip a House! tool unlocks from Smile Scrubber to Cyber Vacuum

These names and level gates come from official Unlock … [Standard/Early] game passes, first read on 2026-09-21 and rechecked on 2026-10-18: no tool was added or removed. Pass text reads, for example, “Permanently unlocks Smile Scrubber after reaching Level 3.” Both Early and Standard variants were not for sale. Official spellings include Crystall.

Level gate	Official tool names
3	Smile Scrubber, Pro Vacuum
6	Scrub Sponge, Turbo Vacuum
9	Electric Scrubber, Plasma Vacuum
13	Crystall Scrubber, Industrial Vacuum
17	Industrial Scrubber, Royal Vacuum
22	Handheld Scrubber, Cyber Vacuum

Aprasi (2026-09-18, not playtested here) recommends upgrading between flips and prioritizing vacuum, then sponge. That spend order is unofficial.

Official still: first-person sponge and spray bottle at a soapy window

Since then the catalog also gained a Permament Magnet pass (official spelling, added Oct 6), not for sale and with no description. For the new class passes see game passes.
