Checked 2026-10-22. Four codes are active and none have expired yet. Halloween2 is new with Halloween Part 2 (ends Oct 23, 3:00 AM ET) and may expire after the event. Codes are one use per account; copy them exactly.

Tip: redeem CLEAN right before a big cleaning job so the 30-minute boost is not wasted. SEASON1 is still listed as active even though the Season 1 launch event ended on Oct 9.
How to redeem Flip a House! codes
- Open Flip a House! on Roblox and wait until you load in. New players may need to finish the tutorial first.
- Press Q or tap the Shop (basket) button on the left.
- Type the code into the ENTER CODE box on the left side of the Shop.
- Press the green REDEEM button.
Code not working?
- Check for extra spaces before or after the code, and type it in capitals.
- You may have redeemed it already: each code is one use per account.
- Make sure you are in Increates House’s Flip a House!, not a game with a similar name such as House Flipper.
- Rejoin a fresh server and try again.

What are the working Flip a House codes?
On 2026-10-22 four codes work: Halloween2 (100 Jack-o’-lanterns), SEASON1 (3 Battle Pass levels), PETS (1 Normal Egg) and CLEAN (250,000 Cash and a 30-minute 1.5x Clean Boost).
Is there a Flip a House Halloween or Classes code?
Yes: Halloween2, added on Oct 19 with Halloween Part 2, gives 100 Jack-o’-lanterns. Part 1 and Classes did not add a code.
Are Flip a House codes case-sensitive?
Sources disagree: TechWiser says no, while SuperCheats warns they may be. Type them in capitals exactly as listed to be safe.
Can I redeem a Flip a House code twice?
No. Each code works once per account.
