Flip a House! houses: Suburban to Mansion, plus Haunted and Space
The official Unlock [House] passes name ten properties on 2026-10-18. The eight standard houses come in Standard and Early pass versions, none for sale. Two newer houses use a permanent pass instead. We do not have official cash prices or furniture values for each house.

The Mansion pass text says it “permanently unlocks Mansion after its normal requirements are met”, so these passes skip a requirement rather than replacing progress. The listing says to flip bigger houses after you sell and unlock better gear. It does not publish the in-game unlock cost.

The game does not say whether Haunted House can also be reached without Robux, or whether it stays after Halloween. Halloween Part 2 runs to Oct 23, 3:00 AM ET; the pass is labelled permanent, and we will re-check after the event whether it stays on sale.
